Welcome to Velocity Naples! By purchasing a membership, class package, ride credit, or retail item, or by participating in any class or event at Velocity Naples, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

 

1. Use of Our Services

 

 

• All riders must create an account to purchase and reserve classes.

• Riders must be at least 11 years old. Minors must have a parent/guardian’s written consent.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone for any reason, including disruptive behavior or safety concerns.

 

 

 

 

2. Health & Safety

 

 

• By participating in any class or event, you acknowledge that indoor cycling and fitness activities involve inherent risks.

• You represent that you are physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation.

• You agree to follow all studio instructions, including equipment usage and safety guidelines.

• Velocity Naples is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that occur during or after class participation.

 

 

 

 

3. Memberships, Packages & Credits

 

 

• All sales are final. Packages, memberships, and ride credits are nonrefundable.

• Credits expire as stated at purchase and cannot be extended.

• Credits from 4-ride/month and 8-ride/month memberships do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

• Credits and memberships are non-transferable.

• Prices, schedules, and offerings are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

• Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the start time to avoid forfeiting your credit or incurring a late cancellation fee.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or a late cancellation or no-show fee.

 

 

 

 

5. Retail Purchases

 

 

• Retail items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have the original tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Sale items and accessories may be final sale.

 

 

 

 

6. Personal Belongings

 

 

• Velocity Naples is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

• Please use lockers or secure storage for your items during class.

 

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

 

• All website content, branding, class formats, and materials are the property of Velocity Naples and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

 

 

 

8. Changes to Terms

 

 

• Velocity Naples reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
