Refund Policy

At Velocity Naples, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our riders and customers. Please review our policies below before making a purchase.

 

 

 

Class Packages & Ride Credits

 

 

  • All sales are final. Packages, memberships, and ride credits are nonrefundable.

  • Expiration Dates: Credits expire as stated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended. Unused credits will not be refunded or reissued.

  • Membership Credits: Credits from 4-ride/month and 8-ride/month memberships do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

  • Transfers: Credits and memberships are non-transferable.

 

 

 

 

Retail Purchases

 

 

  • Exchange or Store Credit Only: Retail items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with original tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase is required for all exchanges or store credit.

  • Sale items and accessories may be final sale—please check product details at time of purchase.
