At Velocity Naples, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our riders and customers. Please review our policies below before making a purchase.
Class Packages & Ride Credits

All sales are final. Packages, memberships, and ride credits are nonrefundable.

Expiration Dates: Credits expire as stated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended. Unused credits will not be refunded or reissued.

Membership Credits: Credits from 4-ride/month and 8-ride/month memberships do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

Transfers: Credits and memberships are non-transferable.
Retail Purchases

Exchange or Store Credit Only: Retail items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with original tags attached.

Proof of Purchase is required for all exchanges or store credit.

Sale items and accessories may be final sale—please check product details at time of purchase.
